There are no "good" pills you can take to lose weight. Exercise and eating healthy is the best way to do it.
Even if you can't "work out", you should be able to go for walks, etc. Walking is one of the best exercises you can do. All it takes is about 30 min/day at a brisk pace and you should be able to drop pounds. If you can't do a full 30 min in one stretch, try 3 10 minutes walks. There are also other low intensity exercises you might be able do, such as yoga, etc but that would depend on your medical condition. If you had a c-section, or complications, you'd have to be much more careful. Talk to your doctor to find out what's safe for you....... a "work out" doesn't have to be intense.
