Stevia and agave nectar are the best choices for alternatives to sugar; however, what you drink isn't the only consideration in whether or not you will lose weight.
You have to also watch what you eat and make sure you get plenty of exercise.
thanks for the ideas i can only consume very small amounts of stevia i love water and green tea! wouldn't brown sugar have the same calories and such as regular sugar?
Hi, I'm allergic to aspartame so I just avoid all artificial sweetners. Have you tried Stevia? I use it the odd time and don't get a reaction. Drinks lots and lots of water and maybe try some green tea. Sometimes I put a little brown sugar in coffee and tea. Hope that helps.
