Just eat them.most of them give u very few calories and its always good choice a salad for dinner, at least for me.No heavy stomach for the evening .Watch it still, some of them can be bloaty.
Make sure you aren't adding starchy veggies to that salad. Those would include corn, potatoes, peas, some beans, etc. Starchy veggies are not "free" like others are.
Also make sure you add plenty of lean protein, which can be in the form of cheese, yogurt, lean meat, etc. While veggies fill you up, protein is what keeps you feeling fuller, so you're not back looking for something more in a couple hours.
In my research, you can have as much veggies as you like. Just watch the salad dressing and other fats like cheese that you maybe adding as well, those should be portioned controlled to the serving size that fits your healthy eating plan.
