weight loss HELPPP!!! My weight isn't budging

My name is Emily  I`m 15 years old.I`d like to lose some weight in the stomach so I may be more confident in myself. I don`t want to do this unhealthily. I am 5`4 127 pounds, I would like to be around 110. I lost about 40 pounds last year and finally got down to 130 but now my weight WILL NOT budge. I eat around 1500 calories a day(and these calories usually come from fruits/whole wheat/veggies and meat) and work out 6-7 times a week for about an hour to 2 hours. I've heard this isn't enough but i'm not sure. My mom is worried because I've lost my period. Please help me. Thanks

I second MrsK's commentary. Congrats on dropping down but I would not think 110 is a healthy weight for a growing and developing 16 year old at 5'4. Dancing, swimming, yoga... These are all exercises that will strengthen your core and could help tighten your tummy :-) good luck

you are a perfect weight for your height, your BMI is 21.8. if it is just your tummy you are worried about focus on core workouts. belly dancing is easy and very effective.
talk to your doctor about your period, normally when your period stops it is because your body does not have enough fat stored to maintain the grow and development of a baby. but only your doctor will know for sure.
