weight loss by lemon water

if everyday i use to drink lemon water, will i loss my weight ? please help me out

I have to agree with the above comment, drinking lemon water alone will not help,while lemon water as benifits, you need a balanced diet and exercise program to lose weight,

I have heard that before. I have also heard that citruses are good for "burning fat".
I don't know if there is any truth in these claims, I am no expert, but just drinking lemon water won't do you much good. To lose weight you must go on a proper diet and exercise. By a proper diet I mean a complete diet with all the nutrients your body needs, but without the bad stuff your body doesn't need, and most importantly a diet that gives you less calories than the ones your body burns during a day.

That is why I included an orange in my diet (after lunch), or orange juice at breakfast. Also when I feel like eating fruit, I tend to pick orange over things like apple or banana.

Maybe someone will help you better, I really am no expert and this is just my opinion. Soon someone who knows much more than me can help you further...
