Scale not moving!

I can tell I've losted inches, and weight, just by the way I look and the way my clothes fit! I feel so much better! But, I get on the scale and it shows I gain 2lbs! Must be the scale cuz. I've been watching what I put in my mouth and I walk 1 hour, every morning or evening. I don't get it. Could it be muscle gain? I just had AF a couple of weeks ago so it's not water weight? HMMMM! Any ideas? Am thinking that maybe I shouldn't use a scale at all, kinda bought me down!

my scale is crazy. ill lose 4-5lbs. then gain 2lbs for 2-3 days. then ill have another 4-5 lb drop. seems to be i drop after my days off. wiegh urself everyday but only look at it or count it once a week.

also with platues. ill eat 300-400 more calories on my day off cuz i workout longer and more on those days. it kinda helps ur loss due to that ur not eating 1500 everyday. kinda switch it up to throw curveballs at ur diet. it really helped me in my platues

You make a great point that muscle is more dense than fat, so you can maintain or even gain a couple pounds but look thinner and feel better too!  Not to worry - your weight is just a number.
