Well I finally made it to the 200 pound mark Yessssss : ) Weight loss is much slower now, averaging around 1.6 - 2 pounds a week, which is great for me. Finally incorporated exercise in my daily routine, it's been around 2 weeks now. I like to break up my daily exercise by walking 2 x 15 minutes in the morning, then a half hour in the evenings after supper. I cannot believe that I am getting daily exercise, and I noticed that I actually look forward to it ! : )
Victoza is really curbing my appetite, my problem time of the day was at supper time, but not no more! My side effects are totally gone now, and I thank God for that, I hated being stuck hitting the bathroom so often !!! and the nausea & headaches have also disappeared so life is " Great "
Thank You Victoza for helping me out, I will not forget you, because if it were not for you, I could not have been able to do it alone. And would have ballooned into the 250 pound mark and up.
Now I don't have to get Lap Band and am getting my weight Totally under Control
