I am in a similar boat Stephanie.  I have three children.  After the first one it was all good and I was able to get the weight off, but then I had the two boys 20 months apart by c-section and the weight came back and the motivation left.  I find that forums, reading and educating yourself on a healthier lifestyle gets me motivated.  I am no expert I have just begun my journey as well. The biggest one for me is my kids; I want to get health for them so I can be around for them.  Because the track I was on was not going to put me in that place. I have learned that even if it is for 20 minutes a day something is better than doing nothing at all. Good luck with your own journey :)

Hi Stephanie, You haven't mentioned your eating pattern. Healthy diet is the key to begin with. Cutting down on sugar & you must find some time of the day for yourself. Take a short walk maybe for starters? Eat 5-6 small meals a day. I know it must be difficult with kids to look after, but since you've got the desire to lose weight, you can do it. Don't say 'I CAN'T' You CAN.
