Ive been exercising 4 days a week and eating very healthy for 4 months and lost around 45 lbs in those 4 months (no pills or anything like that just through exercise). although about 6 weeks ago i began to stress out and worry imensly about an event that took place in my life (worried about an illness i might have). i started to lose a little more weight and got under 200 lbs (something i could never do even when i tried). the thing was though was that i was eating fatty unhealthy foods. ive managed to get back up to around 213 but im still eating unhealthy and i cant seem to gain more weight, which was never a problem before. im looking and feeling bigger but im not gaining more weight. its starting to worry me. (also take into consideration i felt absolutly fine before the event)
my questions are....
1. could all my stress and worry be the reason for this? (ive NEVER been so worried about something in all my life, although ive calmed down a bit over it)
2. could it be that my metabolism is still working at a high rate from the months of eating healthy and exercising?
3. whats your take or opinion on my situation?
