I don't but I followed the 500 cal diet to the LETTER and only lost 6 lbs in 25 days. It was upsetting. I ate normal food for 2 days after that and then went back on the drops but this time I ate about 800 calories and now I have lost 7 lbs in 5 days. So I guess my body was in starvation mode conserving every little drop of fat it could until I started to give it a little bit more to eat. I also felt hungry the entire time but this time I increased my drops to 15 instead of 10. What a difference.
