B-12 and diet pills for weight loss

I have been getting B-12 injections weekly to assist in my weight loss program.  I decided to do it on my own for the last month because it is really expensive at the clinic.  How much am I suppose to inject weekly? Also, when the diet is done, is it safe or bad to continue to use the injections for general health maintenance?

I am also taking Vitabese diet pills as well.  They have a lot of vitamins in them.  After the diet is over, is safe/good or bad that I continue taking the pills, maybe once a day...to maintain my weight loss? Or is it best to stop taking them?

Thanks

I am considering getting the vitamin b12 shots along with an appetite suppressant. I am wondering what side effects should I expect from this? I am currently 5'6 and 252 lbs. I have been battling my weight for the almost 4 years due to the birth of my daughter. I have heard some awesome reviews about the b12 shots but I don't want any surprises about how I will feel once I do this.

Okay, with much research and asking many questions I was able to answer most of my own questions.  Do not take the vitabese pills uless you are on a diet. Weekly take 2cc/ml of b-12 while on the diet.  Get a doctor to find out if you will benefit from b-12 after the diet is over.
