I agree with louise. try some workout and lose overall weight may result in losing face fat.

I think this will be helpful for some person who are facing such problem.
As James has said, there is no way to spot reduce fat. Unfortunately, our bodies choose where it will go on and they choose where it will come off.
You can try losing weight, and hope that it comes off your face but there is no guarantee I'm afraid.
However, lots of people find round faces very attractive, perhaps you just need to restyle your hair and start embracing the slightly different you.
And remember this; those with more fat on their faces age much, much better than those with very little (it fills out the wrinkles), so at least remember that and you should feel much better!
Hi! There is little that we can do to reduce fat in specific areas of the body. We can build muscle in specific areas - like arms, legs, abs - but we reduce fat (or gain it!) everywhere.
