Troubling weight loss

I have a slew of symptoms but the one that troubles me the most is that I no longer have an appetite, and I have to force myself to swallow food. Because I can only take in so much at a time, I have lost 10 pounds over the last 10 days, and I think my weight will continue to drop at this rate. In addition to this, my hands are frequently shaking, I'm having trouble focusing, my mouth is dry and my heart rate has been irregular for the past day or so. I went to a walk-in clinic, but they told me it was anxiety. I am 100% certain it's not.

I agree that this type of problem should be addressed by your doctor - I recommend that you seek medical attention at this time.

I would definitely follow this up with your own doctor.
I was wondering if you may have gerd or lprd.  ??  The shaking could be due to low blood sugar due to not eating and weight loss.  Same with the vision.

The best thing to do would be to see your family doctor.
Stress and anxiety can cause a raft of different symptoms but in the first instance you should trust your own instincts.
