Well i have been 140 one time in my high school years
But sorry i didnt give u my info

and i do have a muscle/atheltic body.
So if i want to lose weight more then gaining muscle right now..what should be my maine focus? like 45-60 mins.. of cardio ? like running or elliptical?
no i didnt measure myself.but to answer your question..i have been told that my face has slimmed down.. my arms a little but still neeeds work..my back..uhhm i really dont know... my stomach YEEEEES MAJORLY!!! and surprisingly my butt too...even though it still is a big badonkadonk.
well yea i do have larger legs but see thats what im trying to get rid of is these embrassing legs and my arms...and i know woman's body tend to hold on to fat longer and harder because we bare children but i want slim tiny legs that whenever i walk its not a movie premier of THUNDERTHIGHS.
Well no the points thing... is when you go down in weight u have to take some points away depending on how many pounds you lost.
the reason why im worrying is because well one im have been working very hard in losing this weight and very madding when you go on the scale and you see you gained one pound.and well because in oct. ill be in a weedding in a CANARY YELLOW- bridesmaid dress i just dont want to like like a huge traffic sign.
lol
First of all, is 130 a reasonable weight for you? We don't know how tall you are.
Second - 3 months is only 12 weeks, so, based on safe weight loss being 1-2 pounds/week, 20 pounds is a reasonable amount to lose in that time.
With all the exercise you are getting, you will be building muscle, while losing fat. Did you by any chance measure yourself, along with weighing, prior to beginning your regimen? Muscle is denser than fat, so takes up less space.
The fact that your legs don't seem to be slimmer, could simply mean that maybe you have larger legs. Even when I was very small, my thighs always seemed too heavy. Can you tell that other parts of your body may have slimmed down, like maybe your face, or your arms, back, etc?
If you start taking points away, you might end up not getting enough food, which could cause your body to go into "starvation" mode and you will stop losing weight.
I think instead of worrying so much, you should relax and be proud of the 20 pounds you've lost; that's a great accomplishment, and encourage you to continue on your course.
