Great inspiration! I saw that video before after searching for a good jump rope. At the same time I read that some guy "invented" a jump rope without the rope to inspire clumsy people like me even more to continue this great cardio workout without tripping.

this is great, jump rope is a great all around exercise and obviously the equipment is cheap and easy to store!
i did this one two days in a row and i had to take a break yesterday cause my calves are sooooo sore!!!!!
It sounds and looks easy, but it's not!
I have jumped rope for yrs..................since my children were little kids!! It is a good exercise for your arms and legs.....and it will get the heart a pumping!!! You can jump as fast or as slow as you want.....I also hoola hoop,good for the waist.
