Hello. It's doable, but won't be easy. That's 11.25 pounds per month to lose. Safe weight loss is considered to be 1-2 pounds/week. Your calorie intake is a calculation of your current weight, height, age and activity levels.
You will need to incorporate a healthy diet, with plenty of exercise. If you aren't used to exercising, start slow and work into it. You shouldn't work out to the point of being in pain.
For a healthy diet, you will need to make sure you get plenty of lean protein. This can be in the form of meats, chicken, fish, dairy, eggs, beans, nuts, etc. Protein helps fill you up and it's the building block for muscle, which burn fat. In addition to protein, be sure to eat lots of veggies. Switch to whole grains, and limit fruit to 1-2 servings/day.
If you drink sodas, stop and that, alone will go a long way toward helping your lose. In addition, eliminating white bread, rice and sugary foods will also be necessary.
The first thing you should do, if you haven't already is have your doctor run some simple blood tests to check your thyroid function. If your thyroid is under active, losing weight will be difficult to impossible. Since you have a lot of weight to lose, there's also a good chance that you could have insulin resistance and/or metabolic syndrome, both of which cause weight gain/inability to lose.
Green apples n greeen tea as much as you can take. Green apple diet works like this, day one only green apples and nothing else, day two green apples and some reg food, after that just eat green apples regularly as part of the meal. A gal I met lost 80 pounds over the summer. Green apples make metabolism go fast.
Apples are good for you, but it's not a good idea to get into a "fad" diet, because if you do, and lose weight, chances of regaining the weight are greater when you start eating normally again.
