Yes I did have issues with WW....I didn't loose any weight yet I followed the diet exactly as I was suppose to...I got so discouraged and frustrated I gave up!
Thank you for your support...I will keep all of you informed as I go.
Well, hopefully, over the course of the diet, you will learn to eat properly and won't have issues, when you go off the supplements.
It does make me feel better that you talked to your doctor and that he will be monitoring you throughout the process.
I recall that you had some issues with Weight Watchers, so I really do hope this works for you.
Best of luck and I do hope you will keep us posted on your progress.
Thank you!
I showed my doctor the diet plan and supplements...he told me that he will watch me closely but believes it will be fine for me...
I like the one on one help you get when you go in to weigh in. I never got that with Weight Watchers so I love this program for that mainly. I do worry though that when I stop taking supplements it will come back...I will have to wait and see.
I'm very sorry to hear about your divorce and other issues, but happy to hear that you are finally finding some success, in your weight loss quest.
I've heard of the Slim 4 Life diet; researched it some, but because I don't like diets that depend on/advocate supplements, particularly, appetite suppressants or that center too much on one food group (in this case, protein), I don't feel they are right for me. If a person can't stay on those suppressants/supplements or adhere to the diet, long term, chances of regaining the weight are very great.
In addition, I have health issues for which the thermogenic drinks could cause severe problems, since they can cause blood pressure and heart rate to rise abnormally, heart palpitations, etc.
I am very happy that you have found something that might help you along on your weight loss journey; however, I will, as always caution everyone to make sure they don't have health issues that might be made worse by a diet of this nature. Always check with your doctor before starting a new weight loss program.
Congratulations, lonelymom
