Okay, kids, here we are, with another week behind us!! My how time flies when we're having fun, huh??
Everything is going pretty well in my world, I guess. Of course, we still have my aunt with us and we're all getting a bit frustrated with the arrangement, but I'm sure we'll get over it.
My weight is sort of bouncing up and down, but I ended up this morning at the same weight I was last week, so that's not all bad; at least I didn't go up, and I do have to say that I didn't eat well yesterday - neither the right things, nor amounts. My fingers feel stiff and swollen this morning, so apparently, I ate too much salt yesterday.
Exercise...... what exercise?? Since I work every day and am tired when I get home, but still have to care for my aunt, there's no time for exercising these days. Just think - over the past couple months, I have actually dropped approximately 10 pounds; I know it's been due to stress, but just think what it might have been, if I'd added some exercise!!
Enough about me - what about you? Didn't see a very big turnout for last week's weigh in, so I hope everyone is doing well. Let us know how you're doing so we can either cheer you on, or try to help you past a rough spot.
I'm truly into the countdown on my work -- I have only 3 more weeks left and I will be retired......... woohoo....
