Success is being able to go into my closet and wear any outfit on any day without worrying if it will fit.
Success is feeling good about myself and the way I look as a "mature" woman and accepting the changes that time inevitably brings with style and grace.
Success......
In regards to weight loss, I have decided to no longer make my sole purpose to see a particular number on the scale, although I do have one as a goal (130). I am shifting my focus towards the length of my races that I am able to complete in the upcoming schedule. I have about 30 pounds remaining and that will slowly work itself out as I continue my training. So my definition of success is simple. I will succeed so long as I am able to cross the finish line, a bit faster each time. ; )
Feeling overall healthier than I am right this moment. I want to know that I have done all that I can to promote a healthy body.
Success is being able to meet and greet and share our struggle but also help someone starting the struggle. Being able to reach back and assist somone with my ne knowledge.
Success would be being able to walk to where I want to go without feeling like I just ran a marathon.
Healthy, healthy, healthy
Terri
Feeling overall healthier so I know that I've done all that I can to promote whole-body wellness.
Also, success to me is helping my friends on this community as we work together on good and bad days alike. Success is meeting new people and sharing our struggles.

succesful for me would be to be able to wear whatever i want without worrying what people will think.....succes for me would be living my life as a teen without any worries.....success for me is being fast, outrunning all the rest not only in football but in my body too.....success for me is waking up happy to the fullest......haha sorry i got so deep guys, it just happens when i talk bout this stuff
Success for me would be to get down to a size 8!!. I haven't been a size 8 in a long time and would love to be able to turn heads like I used to!!
Long term goal to reach 125 lbs again.
Short term goal to reach under 170 lbs. I have been between 175 and 180 for the past couple of years.
All the time goal would be to continue losing weight every week!!!!
Weight loss success to me is feeling great and being able to wear clothes I love. I want to also represent health to my girls. I know body image is going to be SO very important when they're a little older. I want them to know that you don't have to be a stick figure, but that maintaining a proper diet and getting exercise is important to their self esteem and body image.
So my success is not only for me, but for my daughters (they're 22 months old and 3 1/2 years old).
And finally, as I said in another post, success to me is getting pregnant and staying pregnant. I had a miscarriage 2 months ago (due to low progesterone) and it is the 2nd one I've had. I really want to get rid of PCOS. And I really want to have another baby. I've been trying for over a year, only to get pregnant and lose them.
I guess you could say that I'm driven by a lot of anger because of that. Let's hope all of my emotions and working out pays off.
Long term success is to reach my goal weight before my 37th birthday (18th October)
Short term success is to lose something every week.
Also the most successful outcome is to maintain my ideal weight after I have lost it :)
