Concerned

I have lost two pounds in the last three days. I drink plenty of water(gallon or more a day). Cut my calorie intake down to1200 and burn about 200+ calories. Will this hurt my body or can I continue as I am doing.

I have lost a total of 17.5 since Jan 1. I am 65in tall weigh 177.5lbs right now. So I am about 30 pounds over weight. Big diet change was taking pop out of my diet. Drank about 6-7 20oz (diet) bottles a day.

Tread mill two to three time a day. Using personal training program on it. I was in the Military couple years back. So it is a little much but muscle memory, is amazing thing. So I will have to mix it up.

Your overall weight loss since January 1st does not sound like too much. The two punds in three days is likely an anomaly. At some point your weight loss will plateau, and a that point you will probably be near your naturally healthy weight for you. :) And congratulations! I think it sounds like you've done a great job.

It sounds like you might have cut your calories a bit too much for your current weight/height, but if you're getting all the necessary nutrients and not leaving yourself hungry, you should be okay.

What are you doing to burn the 200+ calories?  Getting plenty of exercise is key to building muscles that burn fat.
