Hi! Seems like you are really in to the exercise deal! I think with the arm toning exercise I wud say you experiment with the reps...You can start from 5 and increase the intensity level to 10 gradually..I am also glad you are getting your wiifit workout done and that really see you losing weight in the future! So you are on the right track..Keep going!
Exercise tracker apparently not working as it lets me enter data, but won't save it. Anyway, I finally got a chance to work out today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Put 2.2 miles on my pedometer at work, got 30 min workout on Wii Fit, walked short way with hubby and dogs (without pedometer), 2 min on cardio glider (health rider), plus some housework. Not too shabby for not having a chance to be at it regularly for several days. Limited food, but did give in to mini chocolate bar (naughty, naughty).
No work out tomorrow - the dreaded 3 hour glucose tolerance test, along with other blood work in the morning, then approx 200 mile road trip after that. Probably won't find out much about the blood tests until next week when I can call dr office for results. I think I already know what's wrong - just need confirmation and 'script to get things leveled out.
I did 30 minutes on elliptical and a mile on treadmill. Then did some lunges, crunches, and pushups. I would put it on my tracker if I could only enter some data on it. I don't what the problem is. Technical support still hasn't got back with me. I watched the video but didn't attempt it yet. Maybe later. Depends on how sore I am.
I attempted it! its good just not sure how many of each supposed to do it doesnt really say! At the bottom it does say 4-6 reps but how many per rep do you think 5 or10? Other than that i like it!! I also did the ab one its great as well!! and i did get my 30 mins on the WII Fit in also!! I never have been much of an exercise person so do you think i still have a chance to tighten my abs? or there an age when that becomes impossible? I dont expect miracles but much different from now would be nice!!
