Walked 2 miles and ended up hurting my knee so I am going to take it easy the next couple of days. Hope it doesn't hurt my weight loss so far.

i just did my 10 mins today i was too sore from all the jumping this requires and from WII boxing lol but 2morrow i am gonna try a 5 mins belly dance workout and the boxing again i ll let yall know if the belly dancing works or not!

I'm sorry to say that I spent most of my day in doctor's offices and did not get a chance to do much of anything except walk from car to dr office(s) and back, etc.
I also have not had a chance to check out the exercise links you have been posting. I hope they will be available for a few more days, so I can have a chance to visit the sites - probably not till the weekend.
I love this challenge, but feel pretty guilty that I haven't been able to keep up with everyone, but at least I'm trying. I just had to get past all the dr appts. Tomorrow should be a "normal" day (whatever that might be) and I am determined to get in a workout along with whatever walking I end up doing during the work day.
