Just worked out that I didn't have any dr appt's, blood work, etc, hubby was late coming home and the dogs left me alone for an extra 15 min - I should be so lucky every day, huh?? As far as I know I have nothing going on today after work - wish me luck!!
Hey Barb! Waht's going on ? i thought you were going to do 30 min? Seem like you ended up doing a little more! When you push your self to do things you will go to places you have never been before! Keep up the good work!

I'm back again!! I did get my Wii Fit workout done after work for almost 45 min, plus the 2+ miles I logged at work and then did more walking after I worked out. So, overall, I didn't do too bad for the day.
Hopefully, can do better tomorrow. Everyone have a good evening.
Well, since that ab workout also worked quads, I couldn't do them. I worked quads yesterday. BUT, just to make you happy, Skailark, I did crunches with bicycle legs - even though I did my regular 100 crunches yesterday in class. Yep, I'm gonna just love you tomorrow, Sergeant!
FYI: It's okay to work abs EVERY DAY, but not other muscle groups. The instructor I had yesterday is heavy on legs, so we did tons of lunges and squats - and I was toting a 12lb body bar.
I'm here too!! I've been at work since 6:00 am, so haven't had time for a formal work out, but so far have logged 2+ miles on my pedometer, along with plenty of physical activity to go with the walking and I've eaten just enough to keep my blood sugar at a decent level. Plan to do at least 30 min. Wii Fit when I get home. See ya tomorrow.

im here still sore lol im a weakling lol!! I know i must keep trying or my muscles will never adjust to exercise!! I did chk out the new workout i just dont have a dumb bell or resistance band to do those but it does look really good to try!! Bikini season? haha i always say i ll start in the winter and be ready in summer but its never happened and now im getting big enough that im thinking im never gonna wear a swimsuit again at all!! At any rate its thursday so i tried the belly dancing 2 videos 4 mins each its really good kinda hard though as far as working i dunno i feel a lil burn in stomach but we shall see next week i ll measure my waist line again. and i did my 10 mins of boxing for my arms but since im sore i kinda got beat on the game lol!!
