Dieting in work

I find it hard to diet when I'm in work as I work in catering and the majority of food available is fried or unhealthy.

Bring food from home like your favorite snacks and meals which keep you full as well as some favorite treats so you keep your mind off the bad food!

Try to provide as much of your own healthy food as possible, or if you can't do that, eat only small portions of the fried foods and concentrate on the more healthy foods, such as salads, vegetables, fruits, etc.
