Dieting with vitamins, Do you know?

HI, I had a baby 9 months ago and would like to lose some weight manily due to high blood pressure. I have been researching that vitamins b-2, b-3, b-5, & B-6 all help with this. I was wondering if anyone know if it is safe to take these supplements? I am healthy but currently don't have insurance to go talk to a doctor. has anyone tried this way also. i refuse to do diet pills because they don't work. Or if you have any other ideas? Thanks

A good multivit will contain all the B vitamins you need.

Take a good multivitamin and make sure you don't overdo the Bvitamins.  I think they are water soluble, but still it is not a good idea to take too much.

I have heard that those vitamins will assist with weight loss. I myself already take vitamins and I take metforman for pre-diabetes, which has help me lose 10lbs already. I would imagine that the vitamins will help, but I would check with the dr first.
