Hard eating 1,500 cal a day

hi do u have any other ideas  about making sure I eat 1,500 cal a day without going over

Hello! Now, I'm certainly not qualified, but I do have some personal advice that's worked for me in the past! I'm a notorious "bored eater", eating food when I'm not truly hungry. In an effort to solve this problem, I focus on always drinking a glass of water, and then asking myself if I'm still hungry... If the answer is yes, I then ask if I would eat an apple, or some nuts. If that answer is no, then I'm not actually hungry, I'm just craving. I also try to diversifying the healthy foods I eat, so I don't get sick of the same thing and revert back to all the crappy stuffiness eating before. For veggies, I eat chopped Jhicima, steamed broccoli with some salt, carrots and light ranch, sugar snap peas, or celery with hummus. Now, for me personally, I have to limit the amount of sugars, cholesterol and carbs I eat, but it might be different for you. This means cutting back on fruits, but ones that I do eat are apples with almond butter, tangerines, grapefruit, and the occasional handful of pomegranate seeds. For more satisfying foods, think of sautéed chicken breasts in olive oil, and chicken and apple salads. Eat salad first in your meal it's low in calories and it makes you full and then instead of eating a 600 calorie burger, maybe switch for vegetables, lean meat et brown rice if yiu see what i mean ? And of course you need to calculate each food's calorie hope that helped :)

Using the daily calo. Calculating. Make sure u record evry single thing u eat a day anything u cannot find on this cal. Google its nutrition fact :) then u ll b on track
