Yoga might not be the best method to lose weight in 1 month. Although, if used in conjunction with other exercises, can work wonders. As mentioned by brianbriany0 swimming is a good way to go coupled with yoga. Swim daily and if possible, for an hour. If it is too much for you, start with half an hour and increase it to 1 hour by the end of the week.
Now instead of a pre cardio warmout do Yoga and then go for a swim, I hope yo will get a toned body within a month as you desire.
Keep your diet in check, eat healthy. No need to avoid eating, thats counterproductive.
