I may be young but i want to lose weight.

Ok so im 15 year o,ld girl and about 5''5' and weigh about 125 pounds. Im a very active person, i run cross counry, track, and do boys wreslting. Im constantly worrying about my weight, all of my family is overweight, except for my tiny 21 year old sister who weighs 109. I am very active, i have more muscle than fat but i cant lose this extra weight. I'd hate to be underweight but i want to drop down to maybe 115. I was to just lose these fatty areas and i know it can be done because id o it in wreslting every year. Boys make me self concious about my body, i weigh more than half the boys on my wrestling team, and i work out year around, eat healthy but can't lose weight.

Im soo tired of running allllll the time when nothing ever changes, it's a waist of my time, i dont drink hardly any pop i dont eat alot of meat (gross) and i eat like twice a day because i only eat when im hungry. I need workouts, or ways to lose weight quickly but in a healthy way. Im coming back to wreslting this year as the only girl and i want to prove this to the guys that i can kick butt and im ready for them...

Can anyone give me quick ways to lose weight, maybe in a fun way becuase i have no motivation in the summer. Thanks!!

Dear take it from me I was very much the athlete in high school.
There is nothing the matter with your weight.
The boys who may make issues about your weight have issues of what they are using for brains.
Muscle mass far out weighs the fat.
Women need more fat on thier bodies than men due to the fact we have fatty tissue in our breasts.
If you try to loose the fat your body needs to maintain your health then you can run into a host of other issues.
I over did it as a teen and my menstral cycles stopped and it really hurt me in the end.
I did so much damage to my body and I was not considered anorexic nor was I bulimic. Yet I had lowered my body weight to what may have looked normal but to my personal body it was a disaster.
I when in my 20's did not realize what I had done.
I ended up making it difficult to concieve and now in my 40's I am giving you the benefit of my experience.
If you go to the doctor and he calibrates your body fat and says you are within the normal range for your body frame and height then take it as that. You could ask your doctor about loosing the wieght but he will tell you the same thing about the muscle tissue weight verses the fat and the amount of fat in the body healthy for women.
Also women who tend to not have the right percentage of body fat look too thin.
Most real men know what a woman should look like with the right portion of fat in a woman's body. Science also has proven that the right amount of fat is highly neccessary to be able to reproduce in the future. So do not wreck your future over a boy who may not know what he is really looking at.  Be proud of the female you are and that no matter what care for your body now so it will be there for you in the future.

Your weight probably has something to do with your muscular build, since muscle weighs more than fat.  125lbs at 5'5 is normal weight.  If you want to tone up, add some weight resistence.  This can be done with either weights or resistence bands.  Depending on which areas you would like to tone, you can do exercises at home that will help.  Sounds like you pretty much have a good routine for keeping healthy!  By the way, sounds like you gotta bunch of tiny boys in your school.  They will be catching up in weight in the next year or so probably!
