Hi , i'm a 13 years old girl too so i dont know many weight loss ideas , but right now i havd started drinking green tea and i recommend it to you to. It does a awesome job like litteraly i just lost 2 kg in two days . Anyway i know some recipes because i have problems with my stomach so thats why i need to count my calories so i would recommend eating apples , pinapples do a really good job too just dont eat to many of them , eat almonds they help too , i would recommend eating chicken . So about the green tea : when you eat something wait for about 30 minutea to pass away and then drink it . At first i would recommend drinking 2 cups of it per day but later you can drink 3 or 4 . Its really delicious personaly i couldnt stop drinking it .
So for exercises i would recommend doing jumping jacks , abs workouts and squats . You can also just do some cardio or just chill out and dance :) . You can find a lots of workouts in youtube .Sport is addicting when you start you will love it . Just dont do diets they wont help because your body will just collect any fat that you have so it wouldnt starve . I wich you good luck :)

I was 16 when I started dieting I lost weoght from 55 kg to 44 kg then stopped dieting 3 weeks ago and im 47.9 kg now so unless u want a yoyo deit (where you gain it all back ) see a doctor .I need to lose what I gained again :(
