Hay I'm 14 year old 5'5" female and currently about 110 lbs. I want to be 100 lbs. I was wondering how many calories I should get a day to loose weight with very small amount of exersisse as of needing to be sitting at school studying ect. Just say I get 20 mins of exercise a day, is it possable for me at my hight and current weight for me to loose weight? And how many calories should I have a day?
110 is a wall in the road, some reason my body dosent want to go much lower.
