You want to lose 25 lbs in 11.5 months? Is that correct? There's no reason you shouldn't be able to do that relatively easily.
The first thing you have to do is stop drinking sodas and other sugary drinks. That would probably help you lose the most. Make water your drink of choice and make sure you drink plenty throughout the day.
The next thing you need to do is stop eating sweets like candy, cookies, cakes, and other processed foods like white bread, rice and other starchy foods. Eat lots of vegetables and lean protein that you can get from lean meat, chicken, fish, beans, etc. Opt for low/no fat dairy, such as greek yogurt, milk, cheeses, et.
You can eat nuts, seeds, etc for snacks or a piece of fruit, but always make sure you have protein with every meal/snack, so a snack could be an apple with peanut butter, or a plain Greek yogurt with berries, etc.
And of course, let's not forget the exercise. Exercise builds muscle and muscle burns fat. Muscle also helps the body look toned and slimmer. Work on exercises that build the core muscles. You can do this with yoga poses or other exercises. I find that about 10-15 minutes/day of various leg lifts and some simple weight exercises works well. You can do a search for exercises that might work best for you. If you choose the right ones, you can get by with minutes/day, rather than hours/day.
to lose 25Ibs you need some months! not only 1/2 months! that's not healthy!!! try to eat healthy and avoid the snacs at school. eat fruits. try cardio and dance!! a starving diet is so unhealthy!!! don't even try it!
I understand her to mean 11 months and a half a month (11.5 months), which should be doable.
