Losing weight

I'm would like to lose like 15 lbs. I am really athletic and am really busy with sports, school, and piano. I love to eat and constantly snack instead of eating real meals to help keep up my energy levels for my sports. I need help finding healthy easy and quick snacks. I exercise a lot but I never seem to lose any weight. Any suggestions?

You'd actually be better off to eat regular, healthy meals, instead of doing all the constant snacking, which is probably what's keeping you from losing weight.   By eating regular meals, you can better incorporate a mix of vegetables, protein, whole grains and healthy fats into your diet.  Snacking, typically, ends up being fruit, candy bars, crackers, sandwiches, chips and all the things that aren't so good for you and tend to make you, either, gain or hold onto weight.

A meal containing protein and healthy fat, such as olive or coconut oil will keep you feeling fuller and more energetic than a bunch of snacks because it will keep your blood sugar levels more stable over the course of the day.

Snacks should only include things like plain yogurt with nuts or a bit of fresh fruit, an apple or celery with peanut butter, deli turkey wrapped in lettuce leaves with slices of tomato, raw veggies with hummus, etc. These are all things that you'd have to prepare ahead of time and take with you in an insulated bag to keep them fresh.

Take proper healthy meals and prefer eating fruits, nuts and yogurts  instead of snacks. And drink lots of water.
This will definitely help you lose weight.

Those are actually some great advice! Thank you.

Kendra, I have been having trouble eating regularly as well, but as soon as I made myself have breakfast, lunch and dinner and quit skipping meals it made a huge difference. I felt actually more energetic during the day, consumed less caffeine and it made my whole body look nicer and more lean. At first it's hard but if you can make it a habbit I would really recommend it.
