IN NEED OF HELP PLEASE

Hey guys wow, ok so I haven't been on this app for a year. I just recently downloaded it again, and I'm in need of your help I weigh more then I ever have. When I used this app i became really slim, but my problem that I have gained back again is resisting to unhealthy food and I am eating more then I should I'm in year 12 now and I am finding it difficult to find the time to exercise and, I am not motivated at all. Any tips to get be back on track?

I was trying it out to see if it was something I wanted to do but  yeah sound good my main problem is finding the motivation  and to cut back on sweets ahhaha

You're a vegetarian every second month?  Why not all the time?

You have to be very careful as vegetarians are very often deficient in some very important vitamins/minerals that only come from animal sources, specifically, vitamin B-12, which is essential for nerve function and energy.

Instead of spending money to join a gym, why not just take 30-60 min each day and go for a brisk walk or do yoga or other exercise on your own?

Yeah I am and, Unfortunately no we don't do sport in grade 12  unless you pick it as a subject. I was thinking about joining a gym. By the way I am a vegitarian it makes me feel more energised, and I have been doing it every second month this year, and have it well managed.

I don't understand what you mean by "year 12" now... does that mean you're 12 yrs old?
