Thanks Ranae, I could probably do with some support as I keep losing motivation! I lost 14lbs at the earlier in the year but ever since I came back from hols in July I can't get back on track.
I know that Weight Watchers works for me coupled with exercise a few times weekly but just can't seem to get back into it! I want to lose another stone by the end of Sept as I'm going away and CAN do it if I stick to it but really just need a new source of motivation.......
With all due respect, can not recommend any diet pills to anyone. The only true way to lose weight is through healthy nutritional food, moderate exercise, and making a lifestyle change. Diets and diet pills simply do not work. There is no quick fix but weight loss is most attainable.
