Okay....so I'm gonna go next! LOL! I am just about ready to burst with pride today....because I finally surpassed 4 miles! It's been a long time....all told I did 4.25 miles today and it was most awesome! ; ) Not a serious short breath (have asthma) and no pain anywhere at all. Being on the races!

As for me...on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I currently go to my local rec center to workout. My workouts there consist of running alternating with walking on the treadmill. (Gotta be ready for the upcoming race season). I am not about super bursts of speed, but rather distance, so I never leave before completing at least a 5K (3.1 miles) while I am there, although I am currently inching toward the 4 mile mark.
I have been looking for a workout for the alternating days and sometimes use Thera-bands, but I have been wondering about the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred video and I am grateful for your wonderful review! I think that I will just have to give that a try. I usually borrow videos from the library first to ensure that they are something that I will definitely like before investing. Will definitely let you know how I like this one!
