Stationary Bike

Would any of you lovely people happen to know if pedaling on the stationary bike (I have an old one from the 1970's) is safe for pregnant women? I plan to ask my doctor but wanted to know your thoughts if any of you have any knowledge on it!

Missing you guys!

I would say that riding the stationary bike should be safe since you are already active, but twehner5 is right (see she took my answer again) - good one to check out with the doctor.

Good luck with everything and do take care of yourself and OUR grandbaby!!

Oh, good for you.  That sounds perfect.  That's so neat.  My youngest is only 6, and things have changed a lot just since then!

Since you are already active, I believe it is.  I was told I could ride my regular bike, but why don't you just give your doc a call before your app't.  They'd be happy to answer that type of question for you.  Make sure you tell his nurse what types of activities you've been doing.  Take care of my Grandbaby!
