Weight loss is a basic issue in recent days. People are eating junk food, unhygienic foods, and oily foods which are not good. Exercise, meditation, and yoga are very necessary otherwise people's lifespan will reduce (Urban Buddha).

I'm on Cycle 1 of FL4I
Yesterday was day 2 (Fruit day)...It all started out good until after my 2nd meal. Then the bad hunger set in along with a headache.
I doubt I'll ever eat my sandwich first thing on fruit day again.
The tomato soup someone suggested helped me with the rest of the evening.
(starting weight) Day 1 Weigh in was 226.8 lbs
Day 2 I weighed in at 223.4 lbs
(today) Day 3 I weighed in at 220 lbs
another 3.4 lb loss
Total for 2 days diet is 6.8 lbs.
I drink over 80 fl oz of water a day, eat 4 times a day, I don't count calories and I've been walking on the treadmill 30 mins a day at about 2.5 mph.
I'm shocked at how the weight is just dripping off of me. I really hope this continues.

You can always have the option of showing your tracker in your posts no matter where you post. I would love to know how the Fat Loss 4 Idiots works out for you, my body obtains a lot of fat when I eat the wrong foods, so keep us posted on your progress and any tips that really are helping you :)

The diet "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" I am on has 11 day cycles with 3 days off. (Really not supposed to weigh until the end of the 11 day cycle...however I didn't get fat by doing what I'm "supposed" to do)

So i want to join...but i would like to start this sunday?? its my nephews 3rd bday this wkend and i just would like to feel alittle comfortable by my neices 2nd birthday july 27th and atleast back to 130 in august!...
I've cut down alot on soda and i've been drinking water&cranberry juice (its my fav.) i've been trying to cut down majorly on RedBull too.
I'll hopefully be starting water arobics
i hope that works and at home yoga and walking in the evenings...

You know there was a time when I didn't have weights either and I used heavy food cans or filled water jugs to lift and tone with. I know it sounds funny but it worked and it was accessible to me at the time. Hope your ankle gets better, no more playing around on the treadmill! lol

Ok girls so far so good, am starting weight training next week with the hubby and have told him to push me and DONT FOR THE LIFE OF ME let me back out or use excuses!! lol All up anather kg down this week that makes 9kg in total so far :-)
