Good morning, everyone; hope you're all doing well.
I had a pretty good week; kept food in check, though I didn't get in a lot of exercise, except mowing grass and housework - what else is new?? I really haven't been horribly motivated to exercise this summer; not sure what it's going to take to get back in the groove.
Anyway, in spite of not exercising, I do get to claim a 0.6 lb loss for the week. It's not a lot, by any means, but at least it's going the right way. I've also been retaining some fluid, so that adds weight, as well. I have an appointment with my weight coach on Tue; we'll see how that goes. I need to work on getting rid of the fluid by then.
So how about ya'll? Did you reach your goals for the week? If so, congratulations; if not, have you figured out why? Is there anything we can do to help you, whether it be tips or motivation?
