Today is the 10th anniversary of 9/11, so I hope everyone can set aside a few minutes to honor those who lost their lives on 9/1101.
We've come through another week and I hope everyone is doing well. I've had a rough week, emotionally, but am doing okay - I think.
As for my weight, last week I was at 144.8, by Friday, I was down to 143.4, and today I'm at 143.0, so I'll claim a 1.8 lb loss. I don't like that the loss is more stress related, than anything else, but I'll take it anyway.
Yesterday, I did get a chance to work in my gardens for a while, so that was some relaxation, and extra exercise. Today, I have to get my mowing done, so that will also be extra exercise, though more hard work, than relaxing. With my mp3 player, hopefully, it will go pretty fast.
So - how about everyone else? How are you doing on your journey? Reaching your goal? Having difficulty? Let's all get together and help each other out.
On that note, I've got to go get busy with my mowing before it gets too hot.
Wishing everyone a wonderful week.
My retirement countdown is now at 4 weeks.
Remember: we win by losing.
