Teen Weight Loss

Hi there. I am 5'7'', 18 years old, and 190 lbs. Honestly, I carry my weight well. I do not look as much as I weigh, but I don't like the feeling of having all of this extra weight on me and I don't feel healthy, especially since a lot of goes to my thighs and backside. My doctor said that a healthy weight for me (because I am big boned) would be 160 lbs, and I would really like accomplish that by June (my senior prom). I have always had trouble with weight loss. I get tired very easily, so working out is difficult. However, I can't seem to keep on a diet. Whenever I try, I will lose a solid 5 or so pounds, and then cave and gain it all back. Can someone help please? I need a way that I can lose 30 pounds in 6 months, which I think is doable because that is only 5 pounds a month. My body functions like an adult's. I am done growing (haven't grown since 7th grade), so I am not a "growing girl" anymore. Tips/ plans/ ideas would be much appreciated, in addition to any other help you all can offer!

And :
4. Start exercising 4 days a week, 30-45 minutes approx.
5. Mix weight and cardio
6. Try to only do high intensity short interval  training -google thus for samples or examples(meaning extreme fast but for only short bursts, this will help as you get tired) its also another reason for doing weft training also.
7. Once you hit a plateu or after a few weeks ofresults, reduce your calories by another 100 calories.
Continue this pattern, you will have less trouble sticking to it. Reducing your calories slowly well hopefully stop you from caving in. Also have one cheat meal every fortnight or so, but only a tiny one! But eventually all your did should be "clean" food....

Hope that helps

1. track your current calorie intake
2. I've you what it is reduce it by 80-100 calories, then stock to this new intake
3. Cut out Junk food, stay with replacing it with healthier foods, only cutting some of it will help you reduce calorie intake for now
