We've had a lot of new members, since I posted the Summer Weight Loss Challenge, which is wonderful to see. During a challenge, you're basically, trying to lose that weight between weigh ins, but I know people need special help, as well.
That help might come in the form of needing to figure out their calorie needs, what's actually healthy for them to eat, motivation, or just someone to say, "sure you can do this"...
This post is to let us know what your needs are, so we can support you on a day to day basis and help you lose that pound a week, that we all committed to.
