loosing 10kg in around 2 months is i would say not a very good idea. when you loose weight quickly it is also easier to gain weight again, i really recommend you to take your time loosing weight like 4 months or more? because you start to understand what food effects your body and learn to control your cravings. not only that but loosing 10kg as quick as around 2 months with eating healthy is quite impossible. you pick one or the other, eating healthily takes time and patience where as loosing 10kg you limit yourself to food as much as you want but let me tell you may be happy with your weight however you will feel weak with little energy. this is only my opinion so you don't have to listen to me but have a think about i what i said.

Do you really "need" to lose that much weight?  I don't your age or your gender, but, typically, females should not eat less than 1200 calories/day.

The contents of your intake are probably the most important.
