You can do it!!! Try rewarding yourself at the end of a good week.; something that doesn't undermine all of your hard work! I compare before and after pictures to help keep myself from giving up. Share your struggles with a friend or better yet, get a partner to work out with. Sometimes a little competition is a great motivator! Most importantly, remember that it is really about a lifestyle change. You are creating a better you for the rest of your life. Food is only a fuel to keep our bodies moving. Keep it up!! You deserve it!
