Take a healthy diet plan. Don't skip the meal. Don't eat bulk at one time,eat small portion in small interval of time. count your calories. Do regular exercise. Drink plenty of water. Eat fresh fruits daily. Go for green tea. This all will help you to lose weight easily.
Look at it as lifestyle changes, not a "diet". A diet is simply what you eat and may be good, bad or indifferent.
Try making small changes, that you can stick with over the long haul. For instance, if you typically drink a lot of soda, try swapping one soda/day for a glass of water. If you typically, eat candy bars for snacks, try swapping the candy bar for an apple. Keep portion sizes reasonable, and fill up on complex carbs (veggies) and protein, which take longer to break down, so will keep you feeling fuller, longer.
Make sure you're getting plenty of exercise. Aim for 30 min/day, at least 3 days/week, but if possible, try for 30 min/day 6 days/week. Be sure to combine both cardio and weight training, for the best results.

i'm just a week into my plan. so good luck. For me i have set weekly goals like a lb or kg. yeah i know just 1 a week. Then if i loose more its a bonus. i also track most things im doing eating drinking and excersie.
