What should I eat. New Year's Res...

My New Year's resolution is to lose weight. I set a goal weight 6 months from now and my calorie daily intake is 1380. I don't know what foods to start buying for all 3 meals and snacks to keep me in that range. I have an addition to bread and pasta so I would like to substitute those foods with something lower in calories but just as filling. I always feel hungry so I needs foods to help with my cravings. Please help with suggestions I'm all ears and open to new things.
Thanks everyone

Yes, Dee Doc has the perfect solution for your pasta exchange. I love that Speg Squash more than regular pasta.
You can make a great pasta sauce with all vegetables & tomatoes. Put it in freezer containers in meal + lunch sizes.
Cut celery & carrots & store them in containers with water for snacks.
Have long cooking oatmeal for breakfast.
You can buy frozen blueberries to add to dishes.
Instead of always lettuce for salad, buy & use fresh spinach.
For casseroles use the frozen spinach.
Remember Fiber. If you have grains, get whole grains. Pamela

Get a julienne peeler and peel zucchini and squash for the consistency of noodles, but a much healthier dish than pasta.

Spaghetti squash is also a good option for a pasta lover.
