Some people find that they do best when they diet faithfully and then take a day where they have a treat, say an extra 400 calories allowed that day, and then get back to the diet. No guilt because doing this keeps their metabolism working right.
So instead of beating yourself up, say you took a day off and now you are going back on plan. And once a week you will allow yourself a treat. This may be very encouraging to you. I hope so.
