difficlult to lose weight

hello..i m very worried about my weight..i m 5 feet 3 inches tall and weigh 59 kgs..I swim and cycle 3 times a week.my diet is also controlled with broon grains n fruits..though i feel phisically fit ,I still havent managed to loose even 1 kg..I dont know what else to do..I m losing hope..Please help me..i m 24 yrs old..

I am also having this same pronlem, I'm 5.3" and  weigh 150lbs, granted i have just had a baby 4 months ago, but I have been exercising for 10 weeks now - 1 hour cardio and 40 toning, I do these exercises daily. I also eat very healthy, plenty of veg, salad, fruit, protein. My weight also doesn't seem to be shifting, if antthing I have put on weight. I spoke to a personal trainer and she explained to me that it can take 16 weeks or more for your body to even notice a change! Also, fat turns into muscle which weighs more han fat. I use this website which I find fantastic, it's free membership full of exercise programmes from yoga to kick boxing, its got a bmi tracker, plans a daily workout programme for you lots of little helpfull things for you to keep on track, also has Personal Trainers online so you can chat to them for advice and encouragement. http://www.slimtree.com/login_new.asp
