Fish is typically for the protein. You can eat chicken, turkey, beef, port in place of fish. Both eggs and dairy, art also good sources of protein.

Beans have lots of protein, fat free & loads of fiber. Make Black Bean soup. Fresh chili with kidney beans. Make humus with any kind. Can use white beans or garbanzo beans,garlic & onions,smoothed in the blender.
A beautiful cold bean salad, with black,red,white,beans & bell peppers in a vinegar & olive oil dressing is great. Make small containers to bring with you
