Better late than never I suppose. : ) My scale was uncooperative yesterday, seems that it needed a new battery.
So I am down 0.3 for the week. Not much, but by all means a start. : )
Trudie, I'm so excited for you getting a whole room to yourself to set up for exercise. I wanted to do that with my spare room too, but no place else to put the bed, so not much choice.
Elaine, you are doing fantastic with your weight loss. I'm jealous of both you and Trudie -- it seems to come off easily for you guys and I struggle with every ounce.
Lucey -- I wish weight loss came easy for me too -- it used to but not any more. Hang in there; you can do it.
Looks like I need to sit down and reevaluate my situation and come up with a better plan than I have going right now.............
Well I havnt been on here in a while but since my wedding (august) I lost 10lbs then this past couple weeks put on 7lbs and now Im down 2. All in all Im 155 now. I really want that 140lbs mark. I wish it came easy to me.
Im down .4 according to my chart, though last sunday i was 202.8 and this sunday im 200.8, I make that -2lbs ether way im down so i guess i am happy with that,
Barb you are doing the right thing waiting for the doctor, better to have a short time wait rather than doing it wrong and having long term problems, good luck tomorrow your in my prayers.

I managed to lose a pound this past week. I was doing better but up this morning - ate a bit much yesterday and premenstrual, again! That exercise room will be ready this coming week. We almost got my son moved into the new room downstairs but his Queen bed wouldn't go down. Sounds like a shopping trip is in store and then I get my room back!
