thanks a lot!
i'll try it out..
Concentrate on eating mostly veggies, add in some whole grains, lean protein, low/no fat dairy, good fats, and watch portion sizes. Limit fruit on one to two servings/day, because it has a lot of sugar that turn to fat, if not used quickly.
For exercise, pick a time of day that works best for you, then choose an activity you enjoy, whether it be swimming, walking, biking, going to the gym, work out dvd's at home, Wii, dance, whatever you enjoy and do your activity daily. It's always a good idea to switch around, so your body won't get used to the same activity.
i really need a diet plan! I know I'm not always eating healthy....
I also don,t have a proper exercise schedule.
10 kilos is 22 pounds, which is a lot to lose in just 2 months. Safe weight loss is considered to be 1-2 pounds/week, therefore, you might want to take longer to lose the weight, in order to do it safely.
Are you making sure you eat healthy foods, right proportions and getting proper exercise?
